凉拌鸡丝



昨天和妈妈一起准备 凉拌鸡丝. 鸡手鸭脚的我还好有妈妈从旁帮忙才能完成. 嘻嘻嘻....

hahaha... already finished lah.. but my mum say 味道有点淡.. but I try not to make too salty coz my mum got hypertension lah..

hi wendy, 這個是妳要的醋洋蔥製作法.

You just need one yellow onion (skin is brown color one) and peel it off and cut into cube size then soak into the vinegar. The vinegar need to cover all the onion. Just need to soak for one day then can start to eat liau. Eat the onion and then also drink the vinegar (You can add water into the vinegar for 10 times of the volumn.)
